Welcome to Teeya Directories (directories.teeyatech.com). By creating an account, submitting a business listing, or accessing our REST APIs, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our directory verification standards.
1. Business Listing Accuracy & Representation
When submitting a business through our 4-Step Business Listing Wizard or REST API, you warrant that you are an authorized representative of the business and that all submitted details — including business name, CAC/RC registration number (where applicable), website domain, contact channels, and uploaded brand logos — are truthful and accurate.
2. Mandatory Admin Verification & Delisting Rights
All newly submitted businesses remain private pending administrator verification. Teeya Directories administrators reserve the right to verify, request clarifications on, or delist (verification_status = "delisted") any business listing found to be fraudulent, impersonating another brand, or violating applicable laws.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Teeya Directories offers a Starter Free Tier ($0/month) alongside paid Growth Pro ($29/month) and Scale Enterprise ($99/month) plans billed monthly or annually via Paystack. Paid features — including Featured Spotlight placement, direct WhatsApp buttons, Lead Inbox access, and higher business quotas — remain active for the duration of your subscription period.
4. API & Secret Key Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account Secret Keys (tyd_...) and Vendor Administrator Keys (tyd_admin_...). Compromised keys can be revoked and regenerated immediately from your workspace console or Django Admin.
